  Put a request in via Home Advisor for service on my water softner.  Steve called me and asked me “what do you have going on?”.  He talked me through some steps to correct the issue.  He did not come here, and spent lots of time on the phone with me.  Stated he could perhaps help me without me laying out a service call fee.  That’s honesty and integrity.  Never met the man, yet he was willing to help me with some free directions to get me going.  Who does that?  He even responded to a follow up question later in the day.
I’d say this is the type of person you would want to hire.

  When I had a problem with my water softener I called Steve.  It was on a Sunday and I thought I would get an answering machine and just leave a message and ask for a call back on Monday.  To my surprise Steve answered the phone and was there Monday morning to fix my problem.

  I like to be careful about how I spend my pennies (except for gambling but that's not a post for here) so I landed on buying a system online and installing it myself. As I continued my research one guy kept calling me back and asking me questions about what I wanted to accomplish and allowed me to compare what I thought I should buy vs. what he was offering. At no time was he pushy and it never appeared he was trying to sell me something. His information was helpful and when I fact checked him, he was right.

Being in the house 40sih days we already had water spots everywhere, my booghie wife and kids wouldn't drink the water cause it didn't taste good. (eye roll). System installed and the water tastes amazing and feels better in the shower.

If you're in the market for a system I suggest you call Steve at Altraclean before you make a decision and hear the guy out. Amazing product at an amazing price and a hell of a nice guy. My notes even started with "really nice guy and helpful".  :)
