Glad to see he stood by a customer when they needed him, as I'd hate to have someone leave me in a crisis. As for my install, he was knowledgeable, professional , courteous and friendly. He installed a system that was much better than I expected - I was planning to use one from a popular big-box store but what he offered was much better and a cleaner installation.
